Cancellation Policy:

The KIS VA Academy subscription service requires a 30-day advance notice for cancellation. Upon submitting a cancellation request, the client will be charged one final subscription fee if their next billing date falls within the 30-day notice period. Please note that access to the academy will remain active until the end of the final billing cycle.
